This was a fun little area. The rock shelf drops off into a nice deep pool, probably deep enough to swim in. It is a nice example of how the rock fractures and these canyons are cut, especially since you can see through the water with no glare.
wow, im amazed with this, i love the contrast here, the very pale colours are very effective and adds to this piece's other worldly feel, the atmosphere is amazing, you can see that it is a deep area just by the darkness of it seen as the water looks very clear, what a sight this would be if viewed in real life, if such a place existed to this exact image, very impressive piece, must

That's an awesome photo. One to be proud of I like the focus and clarity, well done. What IR filter did you use for this photo? I used to have an R72, but sold it. I think I want it back now
Beautiful! I love how it's all horizontal lines at the bottom, and the rest is vertical lines. It makes it the whole thing contrast, but without breaking the picture apart.
That little ledge under the water looks like a nice place to sit on a hot day. Though, the color scheme in this pic make me think I'd be more likely to get hypothermia if I jumped in right then. o.o:; lol Wonderful piece, as always. ^_^
Ah, I forgot to include the photographic information.
This was a Tiffen 87 filter, which I like much more than my Hoya R72. It seems to give a cooler monochromed image, whereas the R72 seems to yield more rust colored monochromes, on average.

Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article.
In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
